I don't remember a time that I wasn't completely in love with music and fascinated with music's ability to express the human experience. I grew up in a theatrical family and in my years at Cuesta College, I became fully immersed in the world of Vocal Jazz. I had a few teachers at Cuesta who truly embodied the ability to use music to shine light on the goodness in the world - this inspired me to dig deeper in using music for healing, and I transferred to Cal State Northridge to study Music Therapy.
I completed my internship at UC Davis Children's Hospital where I was also trained in Reiki. I have worked in hospitals, mental health clinics, day programs, care homes, camps and in individual homes. Regardless of where I am or who I am working with, I am fully dedicated to meeting the individual needs of my clients. Every soul is on their own journey. I am blessed to walk along side for support and exploration along the way. |
